Team Bath Racing 2008 (TBR08) is the University of Bath's eighth year entry in the IMechE's Formula Student Competition. The aim of the competition is to design and build a single seat formula style race car competing in static and dynamic events aginst other universities arcoss the globe.

The 2007 team gained one of the best results in the 2007 competition held at Silverstone. The TBR07 car finished 6th overall and was the 2nd fastest in the acceleration event. The team was entitled the Top UK Formula Student Team in 2007.

The new car, TBR08, was launched on the 28th May 2008. In the 2008 competition held yet again at Silverstone, the team finished 4th place overall. This is the best overall position ever achieved by any UK University. The team continue to hold the accolade of being the Top UK Formula Student Team for a 2nd consecutive year.
